- Convenience: We are your dedicated Outfit Custodian - monitoring and informing you on the stages of your order: from measurement, to fabric selection, delivery and customer care.
- Quality Assurance: We ensure that your outfit matches the features requested, examine the quality of the tailoring, make adjustments where required, and confirm the fitting to your measurements, before delivering to you.
Q: My outfit doesn't fit perfectly, or the outfit design isn't exactly what I asked for. What do I do?
A: We're sorry to hear that. In the unlikely case that an outfit doesn't fit or something isn't perfect, we offer free sizing alterations and adjustments. Q: I want a style you don't have. Can I still get Fitted?
A: Yes, we make outfits using the pictures and details you provide. Click here to request a custom tailored style.
Q: What is your Returns policy?
A: Each outfit is made to order and just for you, so we don't accept returns but we provide free sizing alterations or adjustments as required.
Q: I live outside Nigeria. Can I still place an order?
A: Of course! We ship globally to you, wherever you are.
