Scouting for diamonds in the rough
We startef Fitted to find the most exceptional tailors and build a business around supporting and growing their work. We held the first Tailor Aptitude Test ("TAT") in 2019. We put out a challenge for the best tailors to compete in a 4 hour test of skill -- we screened 300 applicants and examined 25.
By the end of the year, we had a core crop of some of the most exceptional tailors, capable of producing flawless traditional Nigerian men's wear in line with tailoring global best practise

By the time we'd gotten excellent talent, we needed a system to help the manage and deliver orders seamlessly. Our value to tailors was simple: we handled logistics, fabric procurement, and measurement, allowing tailors to focus on only sewing. This was game changing!
We however noticed that the dearth of software solutions available to help manage custom clothing production in our market was worse than anticipated, so we set out to build a custom-stack to address it

We designed a powerful proprietary platform for the Nigerian market - designed to align the incentives of all participants for one person's benefit - YOU the customer.
Any order you place is mapped to the best tailor for your specific request. Your fabric has 2 levels of review before its used. Every single outfit must pass a Quality Assessment algorithm which translates observations into a percentage score, and each outfit must reach 90% to get a PASS mark.
